COSTS
The Pre-School is a competitively priced fee paying provision with access to all eligible Government funding to offset some of most of the costs. We have three sessions during the day and each is charged separately to ensure families are able to choose the exact sessions they require. Please note that there will be a fee increase at the beginning of each academic year based on inflation or third party financial increases.
Payments For Extended Morning and Extended Afternoon sessions
Fees are payable monthly in advance (from August to June) and within 14 days of invoices being issued and before the 27th day of the month. Government funding to cover most or some of the costs of these sessions is available including:
- Universal 15 hours government funded childcare
- Additional 30 hours government funded childcare
- Childcare Vouchers
- Tax-Free Childcare
Important
There is specific eligibility criteria for all the above except for the 15 hours Universal funding which is available for all children in the term following their 3rd birthday.
Term Time Nursery fees for September 2020 - August 2021
Inclusive of breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks and drinks (per child, per session)
Tax Free Childcare
Tax-Free Childcare is a government scheme to support working parents with childcare costs. Please view the information sheet for details on how you can use this scheme to pay for pre-school.
Payments for extended sessions
Extended session costs will be added to the monthly invoice where this is a permanent arrangement. Extended sessions are not covered by the 15 and 30 hours government funding as we do not offer the option to “stretch” the funding but you can use Child Care Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare payments to help cover it.
Payments for late collection
Late collection will incur an additional fee of £15 for first 15 minutes, then an additional £5 per each five minutes thereafter. These costs will be added to your nursery cashbook on Laser.
Payments for Holiday Club
Please see Holiday Club page for full details of Holiday Club fees and payments. Holiday Club is not covered by the 15 and 30 hours government funding as we do not offer the option to “stretch” the funding but you can use Child Care Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare payments to help cover it.
Arrears
In line with our policies, outstanding debt will be collected by our finance department. Support on repayments can be requested via the school office. In the event of debt not being cleared, sessions will be cancelled until a significant percentage of the arrears are cleared. This decision is made by the Head teacher on behalf of the Governing Body.
