Subject Leaders rigorously monitor and develop their subject area throughout the year, alongside all colleagues. This evaluative process ensures effective use of assessment is achieved and children's varied starting points are identified to inform next steps in their learning.
Over the years we have successfully developed and nurtured teachers who are passionate about all the subjects they lead. We have further invested into the CUBE curriculum design, with the appointment of several subject specialists. This has been implemented to ensure quality first teaching is consistently achieved and individual teacher's subject knowledge is continually upskilled. This ground breaking deployment of expertise ensures all curriculum subjects (Core and Foundation) are taught in their fullness, resulting in all children experiencing a broader and deeper educational experience.
