  • Reception Class Worship

    Tue 19 May 2015

    Parents and carers were treated to a lovely class worship presented by our Reception class.

    Thank you to Mrs Murphy and the Reception staff for preparing the children so well. It is lovely to see how they have grown in confidence and the pleasure they had in performing for their families. 

    We are pleased to share with you some of the lovely comments in our worship book:-

    "A fantastic class worship. It was brilliant to see all the children enjoy the farm topic this term. Super singing, dancing, reading and acting".

    "I was impressed with the worship. I thought all the children were brilliant and have come such a long way. Excellent singing and dancing".

  • Tennis

    Well done to our tennis team who came top of their group to play in the semi finals. They played very well and the points were very close. Thank you to Mrs Murphy for coaching and supporting the team. 🎾
  • Chocolate heaven

    Year 6 and Year 4 had a very educational and fun day learning all about chocolate and creating the most delicious chocolate lollipops. The smell was delicious! 🍫

    We are so proud of the effort that our Y6 children have put into their tests this week. Thank you to Mrs Jose, Mrs Blackwell and Mrs Bell for all their hard work in preparing the children and supporting them through this week. ✨
  • Winning House

  • Cricket success

    Well done to the cricket team who won their match against St Cuthberts. It was a very close match which was won by a tight margin of 8 runs. Thank you to Miss Watkins and Mrs Fenwick for their excellent coaching and support for the team. 
  • Sports Day

    Sports Day has been moved to 21st Thursday at 1:30 pm.

     

    Please check the website for updates if the weather is poor on the day.

     

    Please don't ring school.

     

    A reserve date will be set for next half term if we need to cancel due to poor weather.

  • Y6 Assessment week

    Mon 11 May 2015
    Year 6 children have their SATs this week. Breakfast club is available for all the children in Y6. Please avoid any appointments this week.
  • Y3 visit to Ribchester

    Our Y3 class had a great time on their visit to Ribchester as part of their Roman topic. 
  • Reception visit

    Our Reception class had an enjoyable and educational visit to Windmill Farm today.
